Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

<p><strong>No booking required</strong> for casual events under 30 people, unless:</p><ul><li>Bringing entertainment devices (loudspeakers, PA systems)</li><li>Engaging external providers (face painters, performers)</li><li>Securing an undercover area</li></ul><p>Bookings not accepted within 7 days of event date. How do I report a fault or issue with a BBQ facility?

If you encounter issues with a BBQ facility, please report them to Inner West. Common issues include:

  • BBQ not working - not heating, ignition problems, gas issues
  • Damaged facilities - broken hotplates, damaged tables/shelters
  • Safety hazards - exposed wiring, structural damage
  • Cleanliness issues - excessive grease buildup, vandalism
